Faith Community Church

Faith Community Church

Faith Community Church is a local (non-denominational) biblical Christian church. FCC is a church-plant ministry of Biblical Ministries Worldwide, which is associated with IFCA International.

Our supreme authority in faith and practice (what we teach, believe, and do) is God’s Word, the Holy Bible (Psalm 119:160; Matthew 5:18;  2Timothy 3:16-17).

We are here to serve Northwest Utah County residents as a local gospel-preaching, Bible-teaching, disciple-of-Jesus-making community of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ! Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do for you.

Our Beliefs

Inspired Word

2Tim. 3:16; 2Pet. 1:20-21; Rev. 22:18-19

God Breathed

The whole Bible, Old and New Testament, is inspired by God and authoritative as God’s complete written revelation to mankind.

Eternal God

Gen. 1:1; Ps. 90:2; Deut. 4:35; John 4:24; 1Tim. 1:17

God is the Eternal Being and Creator of all things. He is the one and only God. There is no other. He is from everlasting to everlasting.

Triune God

Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; 2Cor. 13:14; 1Pet. 1:2

God is Triune. There is only one God who is three eternal and coequal Persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Supreme Deity

Is. 9:6; John. 1:1; Matt. 1:23; Phil. 2:5-11

His virgin birth, His death on the cross for the sins of the world, His resurrection, heavenly ascension and His personal return.

Luke 24:45-47;John 3:16; Eph. 2:8-10; Titus 3:5-6

Salvation is a free gift of God, apart from good or religious works, given to all who simply embrace Jesus Christ by faith alone.

Narrow Path

Eph. 2:10; 2Cor. 5:17

Christ Like

A true Christian should seek to live a life pleasing to God.  It is the natural result of becoming a new person in Christ.

Good News

The one and only true God created the world and everything in it including you and me. Everything that God made was good at first. But today, although we live in God’s world, we go our own way and fail to live up to God’s standards and so we are guilty.

The Bible calls this sin, and our sin causes a separation between God and us. We all want to have meaning in our lives, but true meaning is only found in connecting with our Creator through a personal relationship. People try to find their way to God in many ways (example; church, religion, philosophy, morality, self-improvement, or good deeds).  But, all of them fail because all men fall short of God’s glory.

Our sin is a barrier between God and us and nothing we try to do can remove our sin before God.  But God loves us so much that what we could not do through our own efforts, God did for us by coming to Earth as the man Jesus Christ and paying the penalty for our sin through shedding His own blood on the cross. It was proved that Jesus death for our sins was accepted through His resurrection from the dead! And now the resurrected and living Jesus invites you to come and be reconciled to God through Him. We urge you to trust in the living God through faith in Jesus Christ. Those who come to God in faith receive the forgiveness of sins and eternal life, a real, meaningful relationship with the living God!

If you are interested in receiving eternal life please search the Scriptures listed below to see the truthfulness of these things: put your trust in God’s ability to save you through Jesus Christ alone. If you need help we would love to help you begin this new life in Jesus Christ as a genuine Christian and true member of God’s family! John 3:16, John 3:36: John 5:24; John 14:6; John 1:12,13; Titus 3:5-7 additional Scriptures to consider Romans 1:16-20; Romans 3:10-18, 23; Romans 5:1,8; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:1; Romans 10:8-13; Romans 16:25-27; 2Corinthians 5:17
